HS art students will post their new work at the end of each project (every 2-3 weeks) to get feedback from their peers and the public.
CRITIQUE PARTICIPATION RULES
I moderate all posts. If your comment is deemed inappropriate, IT WILL NOT BE POSTED, and you WILL NOT receive credit for your critique participation.
REMEMBER:
**Be as positive as possible. Try to think about how you would feel if what you want to say was said of you. If it can possibly be taken badly, even if that is not your intent- rethink it!
**Be specific and constructive. Do not just say “It is cool.” or “ I like it.” Say what is good about it specifically. Vague comments that have no though, will have no grade!
**Don’t take comments personally! Everyone has different tastes and no artist has ever made anything that everyone likes!! It is okay to be different- I ENCOURAGE IT!

you did a great job... oil paints are hard to use .. at least for me :P
Okay, I am dying here, would you hurry up and finish, I can't wait to see it all come together! You are putting in a lot of work, and it is coming along great- but don't be overly critical of your work all the time. Maybe instead of redoing a spot till it looks perfect, get it all out, then go back and decide if something does not fit. It is ok, you need to give yourself a little slack sometimes- give yourself some credit :)

Very peaceful and calming! Love the color choice, the blending/fading effect on the sides is really cool. Nice work!
