HS art students will post their new work at the end of each project (every 2-3 weeks) to get feedback from their peers and the public.
CRITIQUE PARTICIPATION RULES
I moderate all posts. If your comment is deemed inappropriate, IT WILL NOT BE POSTED, and you WILL NOT receive credit for your critique participation.
REMEMBER:
**Be as positive as possible. Try to think about how you would feel if what you want to say was said of you. If it can possibly be taken badly, even if that is not your intent- rethink it!
**Be specific and constructive. Do not just say “It is cool.” or “ I like it.” Say what is good about it specifically. Vague comments that have no though, will have no grade!
**Don’t take comments personally! Everyone has different tastes and no artist has ever made anything that everyone likes!! It is okay to be different- I ENCOURAGE IT!

Very cool, LeeAnna!! You rocked this project! You experimented with taking your initial idea and using different techniques until you found something you liked, you tried it different ways, you thought through your choices, came up with a unique positioning/angle, and even when you thought you were done- you decided to add the lace---BEST DECISION EVER!! It totally completes the piece! Keep up the good work! (no going back now we have seen what you can do, lol)
The spiral silver stuff is a neat idea. Its pretty cool.
