"Self Portrait Sort Of"
Art ll
HS art students will post their new work at the end of each project (every 2-3 weeks) to get feedback from their peers and the public.
CRITIQUE PARTICIPATION RULES
I moderate all posts. If your comment is deemed inappropriate, IT WILL NOT BE POSTED, and you WILL NOT receive credit for your critique participation.
REMEMBER:
**Be as positive as possible. Try to think about how you would feel if what you want to say was said of you. If it can possibly be taken badly, even if that is not your intent- rethink it!
**Be specific and constructive. Do not just say “It is cool.” or “ I like it.” Say what is good about it specifically. Vague comments that have no though, will have no grade!
**Don’t take comments personally! Everyone has different tastes and no artist has ever made anything that everyone likes!! It is okay to be different- I ENCOURAGE IT!

I like that you chose to put your color print in the mat. Really good job on the hair. I like that you have texture on the shirt rather than just having it solid. :) I think that you should've cut out more on the hair around the spot that you didn't mean to cut though.
Chels I really like these:)... I like how you matted a color print and I like how you put a lot of detail into and texture into it. good job!
