I think this looks really good. I like how you changed the picture up, and used more colors. I also like how you put lines in the orange, and in the white of the little boys hair.
I really like the color of this . It looks really nice with the bright colors . It gives the painting a whole new personality ! I really like it . Good job !
Maggie, this was a really good "translation" of the original picture. I can tell that you really took a lot of time on it, and has some sort of love to the meaning of the picture. I like this one a lot better then i do the original!

I moderate all posts. If your comment is deemed inappropriate, IT WILL NOT BE POSTED, and you WILL NOT receive credit for your critique participation.
REMEMBER: **Be as positive as possible. Try to think about how you would feel if what you want to say was said of you. If it can possibly be taken badly, even if that is not your intent- rethink it! **Be specific and constructive. Do not just say “It is cool.” or “ I like it.” Say what is good about it specifically. Vague comments that have no though, will have no grade! **Don’t take comments personally! Everyone has different tastes and no artist has ever made anything that everyone likes!! It is okay to be different- I ENCOURAGE IT!
